Cóndor is a Colombian coffee from the Huila region, harvested by nine farms and processed by the Coocentral cooperative. It is a blend of Castillo and Caturra varieties, washed and grown at 1,500 m. The roast is an espresso roast with a juicy body, balanced acidity, and tasting notes of milk chocolate, caramel and yellow fruit.
Co-founded by Carlos Moral, whose coffee lineage traces back to his father Rafa's 1979 establishment of Mare Terra coffee imports, Hidden Coffee Roasters emerged from a dynasty dedicated to transforming Spain's understanding of specialty coffee. Operating from Barcelona's Les Corts neighborhood on a Giesen roaster, they represent a new generation of Spanish roasters who prioritize producer relationships and value chain transparency.
