A single-origin coffee from La Julia Bagazal, Villahermosa, Tolima, Colombia, produced by Yesid Florez at 1,760 meters above sea level. The variety is Colombia Supremo, processed via the wet/washed method. Mixed lots from different harvest days were dry-rested for 16 hours, fermented in tanks, and sun-dried. The flavor profile features refreshing aromas of dehydrated peach and honeysuckle, with a caramelized mouthfeel and a long floral finish. Notes include bright, sweet, juicy, and citric qualities reminiscent of stone fruits, honey, and ginger beer. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
