This coffee is sourced from the community of Montebonito in the municipality of Marulanda, Colombia, at altitudes between 1,850 and 2,100 meters. The coffee is produced by smallholder families who cultivate Castillo Naranjal variety beans. The processing involves aerobic fermentation for 12 to 14 hours in open concrete tanks, followed by washing and drying on sun canopies for 5 days. The beans undergo a 30-day stabilization period in GrainPro bags before export.
