A decaffeinated lot from Finca Los Nogales in Inza, Cauca, Colombia. The Caturra lot (1750 m) is decaffeinated on-farm using an ethyl acetate (EA) method derived from fermented mucilage: cherries are pulped and fermented, beans are submerged in the natural EA solution, then washed and dried. Tasting notes list raspberry, black grape, kaffir lime and lavender, yielding a vibrant, complex cup.

In 2019, Yew Meng won the International Coffee Roast Master Championship Malaysia. His engineering background shows in the approach: methodical sourcing, controlled variables, obsessive attention to roast development.
