A single-origin coffee from Finca El Bocadillo in Casabianca, Norte del Tolima, Colombia, grown at 1,800–1,850 meters above sea level. Produced by Herbert Peñaloza and part of La Real Expedición Botánica (LaREB), a Colombian collective focused on transparency and equity in coffee production. The farm cultivates traditional varieties including Typica, Tabi, Bourbon, and Gesha. Processed using an anaerobic washed method (método anóxico lavado), which involves closed cherry fermentation followed by a secondary process and careful drying to highlight each variety's natural characteristics and terroir.
