The brothers have won medals at the Polish Coffee Roasting Championships, recognition that placed them among the country's most accomplished roasters and validated an approach built on roasting only the freshest, highest grade specialty beans available. Beyond their own production Włodek and Jarek provide training and advice to other roasters and baristas across Poland, sharing the knowledge they have accumulated over a decade and a half of working with coffee, and their trade show booths have become a consistent draw at Polish coffee events. The roastery supplies cafes throughout Poland and offers a subscription service for home customers, publishing a Polish language blog on coffee facts and brewing tips that extends the educational mission beyond the roastery walls.
