Inmaculada varieties Inmaculada Coffee Farms is nestled in the Colombian Andes, in the Pichindé district of Cali, at 1,750–2,000 masl. Surrounded by the Farallones de Cali Natural Park, we grow rare and exotic coffee varieties such as Sudan Rume, Laurina, Geisha, and Eugeniodes—a species naturally processed and recognized as a parent of modern Arabica. We practice agroforestry and sustainable farming, avoiding synthetic inputs to protect our ecosystem and produce exceptional high-altitude specialty green coffee. _ Inmaculada fellows farms Since 2022, we have been developing the Fellows Farms Project — an initiative through which we collaborate with partner farms in Huila and Cauca. We purchase and reward their coffee, handle or collaborate with the post-harvest process, and bring it to the international market. This project not only allows us to preserve the distinctive quality of the coffees also expands our portfolio with exotic varieties. With this proyect we actively contribute to improving the livelihoods of coffee growers and strengthening their agronomic and processing practices in Colombia. _ Fellows’ farms is an Inmaculada Coffee Farms project inspired and aimed to improve farmers quality of life by helping them to enhance their agronomical and picking practices while combining it with Inmaculada’s know-how and improving their price point; this way they can reach specialty coffees standards. The Fellows’ Program also aims to portrait the producers to the international markets with all the traceability so all of their work and effort can be appreciated. This way, together, we can deliver excellent coffees from different neighboring producers. We are working with a group of farmers in the Cauca department in the municipalities of Tambo, Piendamó and Caldono. Together they sum around 60 Hectares of Colombian common varieties planted in agroforestry concept with trees and shrubs so they can protect their crops of adverse weather conditions.
