From Nariño (Tablón de Gómez) on the El Tablon farm, this Colombia coffee is grown at 1,800–2,000 meters. It is washed processed and roasted to a balanced medium level to preserve clarity while developing sweetness and body. Flavor notes include cherry, nougat, and milk chocolate. The lot is sourced from small family-run farms and coordinated by producer/organizer Gildardo Chincunque.
