A single origin coffee from the Antioquia region of Colombia, grown at 2000 MASL. The variety is Caturra Chiroso from the 2020/21 crop. Processed using a washed long fermentation method. Roasted to a medium light level, with flavor notes of jasmine, Moscato, and black tea.
