A washed Colombian coffee from producer Educardo Florez, grown in Norte del Tolima, Casablanca, Vereda Agua de Dios at 1,760 meters above sea level. The variety is Colombia Supremo. Mixed lots from different harvest days undergo a 16-hour dry rest, followed by dry depulping and fermentation in a tank, then sun-dried. Part of the La Real Expedición Botánica Vol. 12 collective project. Flavor notes include mango lassi, honey, and ginger, with a tropical character and effervescent finish.
