Produced by smallholder farmers and processed using a washed method, this coffee undergoes a short 12-hour anaerobic fermentation before being dried on patios for 24 days. The result is a high-quality cup with distinct flavor notes of apricot, jasmine, orange, and honey. This coffee is prepared to EP standards with a moisture level of 11%.
