A washed coffee from Finca Hamburgo in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, grown at 1,250 meters above sea level. Produced by the Edelmann family, whose farm was founded in 1888 and has over a century of specialty coffee tradition. The variety is Catuai, cultivated in the fertile lands of the Soconusco region of Chiapas.
