A washed coffee from Finca Hamburgo in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, grown at 1,250 meters above sea level by the Edelmann family. The variety is Bourbon Pointu Laurina, a historically rare cultivar originally from Réunion Island, known for being naturally very low in caffeine — up to 80% less than conventional arabica. The cup profile features dried fruit notes of almond and hazelnut, with notable sweetness and low astringency.
