It includes a fully washed, fairtrade and organic coffee from COAGRISCAL cooperative in Copan, Guatemala; a fully washed coffee from APRYSA cooperative in San Nicolas, Rodriguez de Mendoza, Amazonas region in northern Peru; a wet-hulled coffee from Koperasi Buana Mandiri on Sumatra, Indonesia; and a fully washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The blend features tasting notes of rhubarb, red plum, and stone fruits with a silky, velvety mouthfeel. The Guatemalan and Indonesian components provide rich body and sweetness, while the Peruvian coffee adds balance and the Ethiopian coffee contributes fruity notes.
