Colombian coffee from El Vergel Estate in Tolima, produced by the Bayter family. Anaerobically co-fermented with watermelon for 48 hours, then depulped and co-fermented for five days with yeast and watermelon. Features watermelon candy sweetness, bright citrus notes, and a juicy, expressive cup. Roasted to a balanced medium profile with vibrant fruit-forward character and a soft, sweet finish.
