A Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Santo Antonio lugar Olhos D'agua in Patrocínio, Minas Gerais, produced by the Thúlio Marcos dos Reis family with over 30 years of coffee-growing tradition. This lot is the Yellow Topázio variety, a cross between Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuai, developed by Instituto Agronomico (IAC) in Campinas, São Paulo, in the 1960s. Processed using pulped natural (honey) method with two-stage drying. Mild and pleasant with balanced acidity and notes of brownie and baked apple.
