Light roast coffee from farmer Betu in Maejantai village, Mae Sruay District, Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. Grown at 1,300 meters elevation in an agroforestry system with temperate fruits including peaches, plums, and cherries. Catuai/Mix variety processed using honey processing method with one-night fermentation followed by drying. Flavor notes include berry tea, pomelo, and persimmon.
