About This Coffee

This coffee is from India, specifically from the Bettadakhan farm and the Bettadakhan-39 parcel, grown at 1470 meters altitude by farmer Jakob Mammen. The variety is SLN9 from the Hibrido di Timor lineage, which combines genetic information from Coffea Arabica and Coffea Canephora for disease resistance while maintaining complex aromas. The coffee is fully washed processed with a late harvest. It features a strong body and pronounced aroma with a spicy flavor profile including notes of cardamom, orange, and almond. The harvest yielded 35 bags of 30kg each with a bean size of 14 up.
