A single-origin washed coffee from the Arianita farm in Los Andes, Santa Bárbara, Honduras, grown at 1650 meters above sea level. Produced by Kelvin Osmary Pineda Domínguez on deep clay soil, using the Pacas variety. Harvested between January and May. Tasting notes include milk chocolate on the fragrance, with caramel, red berries, and citrus on the palate. Described as sweet and elegant.
