3056 Espresso Blend is a three-origin espresso blend combining lots from Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe), Guatemala (Huehuetenango) and Brazil (Sul de Minas). It is offered as a medium roast with both washed and natural processed lots. Tasting notes highlight stewed plum and citrus alongside peanut butter, vanilla malt and milk chocolate, producing a rounded sweetness and malty body suitable for milk-based drinks and espresso.
